Procedure
1 Peel the potatoes.
2 Cut them into small cubes.
3 Grate the tomato and keep aside.
4 Heat oil in a pressure cooker.
5 Add Cumin and Asafoetida together.
6 Add tomato and cook till done.
7 Add potatoes and fry for 2 minutes.
8 Add coriander(dhaniya), red chilli, Turmeric Powder, salt and garam masala.
9 Add two glass of water.
10 Cover it with lid.
11 After one whistle, simmer the gas for 5-7 minutes.
12 Transfer it to a bowl.
13 Sprinkle some coriander leaves.
14 Serve hot with Bedmi Puri.

Gram Flour   1/2 Tbsp  
Coriander Leaves   As Required   For Garnishing

Cinnamon   2 " Stick  
Salt   1 Teaspoon  
Coriander Seeds   1 & 1/2 Tbsp  
Tomato   100 Gram  
Cloves   5  
Cumin Seeds   1/4 Teaspoon  
Dry Ginger Powder   1/2 Tbsp  
Asafoetida   A Pinch
